Little Bella is located on the ground floor directly below Bella Vista. The accommodation has a floor area of approximately 265 sq ft  (24.6 sq m) and comprises of an open lounge, kitchen/diner and separate double bedroom with on-suite shower and toilet.

Recently refurbished to a very high standard, Little Bella is tastefully appointed with interior design soft furnishings, artwork and decorative lighting.

Other features include a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, built-in oven and hob, washer/dryer, refrigerator and solid oak floors throughout.

Little Bella has its own separate entrance and is designed for two adults only and consequently is not suitable for children.

Bookings are from Thursday to Thursday and can be used as additional accommodation to Bella Vista as a four plus two.


Please note, unlike Bella Vista, Little Bella does not have sea views.

At Santa Maria, we have rooms to accommodate single, twin, double and family occupancy. Family rooms have TV and all rooms have on-suite with hair dryer and hot beverage making facilities. Ironing and shoe cleaning items are available on request.

In the interest of our guests comfort and safety, we operate a strict no-smoking policy.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 8 years and pets.

Our half board tariff includes full English breakfast and four course dinner with a varied menu to suit all tastes. We place great emphasis on providing fine food using only the best ingredients including local produce when in season.
We have gained a reputation with our returning guests for providing fine food and excellant service in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. As resident hosts, the wellbeing of our guests is of paramount importance to us. 




The Isles of Scilly are a delight for the photographer, artist and naturalist with so much scenic beauty on offer. The abundance of Seals, sea-birds, wild flowers and the exotic sub-tropical gardens of Tresco offer something for everyone.

There is an opportunity to lose your self in these tranquil and enchanted islands. They are never crowded and those precious commodities of peace and quiet are to be found on coastal paths, silver sandy beaches, in rocky coves and inland walks.

We are conveniently situated on St Mary's below the garrison wall overlooking  the centre of Hugh Town and a short walk from Port Cressa Beach, the town centre, shops, restaurants and the quay from where the pleasure boats leave each day for the off islands and other scenic trips.
